POLICIES

  • Service Area: We provide service in Chambersburg, Fayetteville, Scotland, Mont Alto, and Green Village. Clients outside of our immediate service area will be charged an additional $5 per visit fee and depends upon our availability during the time frame requested.  

  • Service Windows: All visits will have a two hour window within requested scheduled time (morning, midday, and evening). If your pet is crated or needing timed medication, their visit takes priority on our schedule.

  • Leashed Walks: For the safety of your dog and your sitter, we do not walk dogs off-leash under any circumstances. 

  • Pet Sitting Visits: To keep your dog happy, healthy, and safe while you're away, we require at least three visits per full day that you are away. Cats require a visit of at least once per day, but we can visit them more often if you would like. 

  • Outdoor Safety: For your dogs safety, we do not allow dogs to be loose outdoors unless they are contained by your fence, underground fence system, or tie-out. They will be on a leash at all times, otherwise.

  • Key Requirements: We require at least one key to your home while your pets are in our care. We do not allow a door to be left unlocked for safety and insurance purposes. 

  • Complimentary Consultation: The first meeting is complimentary. If a second consultation is requested for any reason, we would be happy to come by, and it will be charged at the regular visit rate. 

  • Additional Pets: Our pricing as listed covers up to five pets. Each pet after five will be an additional charge per visit, based on the amount of time it will take to complete each visit. 

  • Payments: Payments in full are required on or before the first day of service rendered. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards via our website.

  • Holidays: A major holiday fee of $10 per day applies on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day.

  • Late Payments/Returned Checks: We require all payments to be made prior to or on the date of your first service/departure. If your invoice is not paid within 7 days, a late fee of $15 will be charged, and every day thereafter a late fee of $5 will be charged. If your check is returned, a fee of $25 will apply in addition to any bank fees. 

  • Regular Phone Business Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday | 9am - 12pm Sunday

  • Service Hours: 24 Hours, 7 Days
