Yes! We require a free in-home meet & greet prior to service beginning. This gives us the opportunity to meet you, your pets, and we can learn about their habits and what exactly they need while you are away. Yes, we are fully bonded and insured, and are a proud member of Pet Sitters Associates and Professional United Pet Sitters. We take responsibility for your pets and possessions when you put them in our care. That means that your property and your pets are fully covered, should anything occur while in our care. Having these policies in place shows a level of professionalism and commitment that you can trust.

Absolutely! Your client portal is the quickest way to reach us, but you may also call, text, email or message us on Facebook anytime. We'll do our best to respond in a timely manner. During our initial meeting we will explain your new client account in detail. After every visit you'll receive a report card with photos and what we did during our visit. Our clients LOVE this about Perky Paws!

Our visits are scheduled within 3 hour time blocks so that we are able to easily schedule our multiple pet sitting jobs each day. If you are out of town, we will always be conscious of the time between visits to be sure your pet does not have to wait longer than normal for a potty break. We will do our very best to stick to your pets normal routine. These times will be discussed during your meet & greet.

Our pet sitting visits are available in 15 minute, 30 minute, and 60 minute increments.

If medication is administered as part of a pet care visit, there is no additional charge for pilling, transdermal, inhalers or injections.

Yes, we book appointments on holidays, however we do have a holiday fee of $10 per day on major holidays. These include New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Holidays book ahead 6+ months and have limited availability.

We presently accept cash or all major credit cards. You will receive an invoice in your Client Portal, which can be paid via the portal, or leave payment on the counter for us to pick up at our first visit. A receipt will be available in your account. We do not accept checks.
